You can remove ReplyThem’s access to your Facebook account at any time, and ask us to delete the data we hold about you.
Remove ReplyThem from Facebook
On Facebook, open Settings & privacy, then Settings.
Go to Business integrations.
Find ReplyThem, select it and choose Remove.
Meta tells us when you remove ReplyThem. We then stop using your access and delete the data we received through it, except any record the law requires us to keep.
Ask us to delete your data
Email contact@replythem.com with the subject “Delete my data”, and include your name and the Facebook account or Page involved. We’ll confirm we’ve received your request, delete your data within one month, and tell you when it’s done.
If you messaged a business that uses ReplyThem
Your messages are held for that business, so ask the business first. If you can’t reach it, email us and we’ll pass your request on and help it respond.
